I been personally involved in human development for many years, and i have never seen a list so large of various strategies to reduce stress and tension. I think this can benefit alot of people. Personally i believe it comes down to an individuals perceptions which determines stress and tension. It can also be a result of no vision or lack of vision. Stress can be useful for it makes move in a certain direction, but too much stress can be detrimental to our health and well being. I tottally agree with all of your suggestions on how to reduce excess stress. It can make a world of difference to your lifestyle.
